Courtesy of my husband, I have officially joined the 21st century. What an awesome birthday gift! It was about time I jumped the iPhone bandwagon after being a Droid user for two years. Don’t get me wrong, I loved my Droid at first – but it was ever so glitchy and caused many problems. Hopefully now, with my iPhone – glitch free is the way to be! Also, I’m obsessed with the fact that it comes in white. Farewell to bulky looking black phones! Now since I’m a card-carrying Apple user, I get to enjoy all of the apps that I never was able to access before. Obviously, one of the first things I downloaded was the Jonathan Adler app, so I could geek out to Adler-isms on a daily basis. The second one I downloaded was the Sephora app, so I can check product reviews while I shop. You can see where my priorities lie. Let us please remember the post where I referenced my make up collection (sheesh)!
You’ll notice that I don’t have a case on it yet. One of the great things about the iPhone is that there are SO many options for cases. The bad thing about the iPhone? There are so many options for cases! I honestly don’t even know where to start! I did, however, rule out Jonathan Adler cases because they don’t fit the white model. :-( Downgrade. That’s okay though – there is nothing I love more than a good challenge!
To start, I’m really loving this kitty case by Uncommon.
Is that not just the cutest thing ever? But at 39.95 – I can’t help but think there must be some better alternative out there.
In my Google Search, I came across Case-Mate which has some really beautiful designs. A little cheaper than Uncommon and there is a coupon code floating around the internet. Oooh!
Etsy is a smorgasbord of iPhone cases. So much so that I didn’t know where to begin, so I ran and hid.
The more I look at the kitty case though, the more I am convinced I cannot life without it.
Speaking of things you cannot live without…what applications does everyone recommend? I’ve downloaded a few, but there are just so many out there – I hardly know where to begin!
Cheers,
J and A
